Assistance with Pre-Qualification for a Mortgage

Your Boca Home Team agent will recommend trusted and reputable mortgage brokers and lenders to help you get pre-qualified and pre-approved for a mortgage if you need one. The seller will require a pre-qualified or pre-approval letter at the time you make an offer so that they know you are qualified to purchase their home and that you are a serious buyer that will close the transaction. 

Writing and Presenting the Offer

Once you find a Boca Raton property that you want to purchase, your Boca Home Team buyer’s agent will provide you with a current comparative market survey of similar homes that have sold recently in the neighborhood so you can make an offer based upon that data that will be accepted by the seller. The agent will prepare the offer for you and explain the contract terms and contingencies as well as present it to the seller or the seller’s agent on your behalf. Your agent will assist you with negotiating the best offer at the best price and terms for you keeping you advised of all negotiations and counter offers from the seller.

Title, Escrow and Closing

Once you and the seller reach a mutually acceptable agreement, your agent will make sure that escrow is opened, the title search process is commenced and the closing agent is handling the closing matters for you and the seller. The agent will keep you advised of contract contingency dates so you are in compliance with the contract. Your agent can refer you to vendors for your home inspection and any contractors or sub-contractors that you may require in order to obtain bids for repairs or additions to your prospective Boca Raton real estate. Your agent will coordinate with your lender to make sure they are provided with a copy of the contract and any information that they require in order to process your loan and close the transaction on time.
